Shri Ram Centennial School, Indore, proudly hosted the Sahodaya Inter-School Yoga Competition – Cluster IV on 25th July 2026. The event brought together 20 CBSE-affiliated schools and 40 talented participants who showcased remarkable flexibility, poise, concentration, and grace, embodying the true spirit of yoga and mindful living.
The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by an invocation prayer for peace, harmony, and wisdom. School Principal, Ms. Sunita Singh Chouhan warmly welcomed the distinguished judges Mr. Moolchand Chouhan & Mr. Neeraj Tiwari. Opening addresses highlighted that yoga extends far beyond physical exercise—it is a holistic way of life nurturing body, mind, and soul.
Participants displayed extraordinary dedication as they executed both compulsory and optional asanas. The judges evaluated the performances based on precision, stability, breathing control, endurance, flexibility, and overall confidence—each performance reflecting months of rigorous discipline.
The competition concluded with a lively Prize Distribution Ceremony celebrating the participants' outstanding sportsmanship and dedication.

Boys Category: Vihaan Mandawliya (Delhi Public Elementary School), Mayank Vishwakarma (Techno India Group Public School), Kratin Devsingkar (Shri Cloth Market Vaishnav H. S. School), Shivansh Singh Solanki (Indore Public School)
In her closing address, Principal congratulated the participants, mentors, judges, and volunteers for making the event a resounding success. Emphasizing that yoga is India’s timeless gift to the world, she encouraged all students to adopt daily practice for lifelong physical fitness, emotional balance, and mental well-being.
