SRCS, Indore conducted an educational excursion for the students of grade III to V. They embarked on an exciting journey to Bhopal, Sanchi, and Bhimbetka caves, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The trip was a perfect blend of history, culture, natural wonders and a great way to learn through real life experiences.

 

*Bhopal*:

In Bhopal, our young adventurers immersed themselves in the city's rich history and vibrant culture. They explored the majestic architecture of the Taj-ul-Masajid and the intricate designs of Gohar Mahal. The visit to Van Vihar National Park brought them closer to nature, where they encountered diverse wildlife and learned about conservation efforts.

 

 

 

 

*Sanchi*:

The journey continued to Sanchi, home to the iconic Great Stupa. The junior historians were captivated by the ancient relics and intricate carvings that echoed stories from the past. The visit to the Archaeological Museum enhanced their understanding of the significance of Sanchi in the Buddhist world.

 

*Bhimbetka*

The final leg of the trip took our young explorers to Bhimbetka, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its prehistoric rock shelters. Here, the students delved into the fascinating world of cave paintings, depicting scenes from daily life and ancient rituals. It was a journey through time that ignited their curiosity about human history.

 

Throughout the expedition, the students not only absorbed historical knowledge but also forged bonds with their peers, fostering a sense of camaraderie. As they returned, their hearts were filled with tales of adventure and newfound appreciation for the rich heritage that surrounds them.
