Training on Effective Teaching held at Shri Ram Centennial School, Indore on Saturday the 21st January 2023.Training was conducted by Ms Isha who is a Psychology graduate, holds an experience of 5 years in handling the children with special needs.
Teachers adapt various ways to make teaching more effective in their classrooms, by grabbing the attention, transition activities, creating safe space for children, setting clear expectation, learnt about fixed mind-set and growth mind set, understand not to praise the character instead praise the work and behaviour of a child, enhanced about the feedback techniques etc.
All and all the training help teachers to understand innovative ways to help and understand the needs of children.
